General Conditions for Limited Warranty


Duration of Limited Warranty:

Each limited warranty lasts for the number of Days/ Months/ Years stated in your Receipt, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty will only take effective after the Online Product Warranty Registration is done.

What will be done to correct the problem?

Mr Sofa will examine the product and decide if it’s covered under this limited warranty. Mr Sofa will then, at its choice, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. In these cases, Mr Sofa will be responsible for the costs of repairs, spare parts, labor and travel for repair staff that Mr Sofa incurs, provided that the product is accessible for repair without Mr Sofa incurring additional expenditure to gain access. This will not apply in cases where repair work has not been authorized by Mr Sofa. Any defective parts removed in the course of repair works will become the property of Mr Sofa. If the item is no longer sold by Mr Sofa, Mr Sofa will provide an appropriate replacement. Mr Sofa will decide at its discretion, what will constitute an appropriate replacement.

Conditions for the Limited Warranties:

The limited warranties are valid from the date of delivery.
The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.

Exclusions:

The limited warranties do not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. The warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. The warranties do not apply if products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment. The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages. The warranties are to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product or services. They are not transferable.

Care instructions:

The cushions need to be cared for so that they maintain their comfort. They need to be plumped up on a regular basis, at least once a month. They should also be alternated, so that the cushions used most often change places with those used less often. Tighten the screws on the legs after two weeks of use, and make sure they stay tight by checking them a couple of times per year.

Washable covers:

• Follow the care and cleaning instructions.

• Iron while still slightly damp.

• Refit the cover while it is still slightly damp.The cover stretches more easily when damp, so it is easier and quicker to get it into the right shape. Note! It is important, however, that the cover is not too damp when it is replaced on the frame.

General legal rights:

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. This limited warranty does not, in any way, affect the rights given to you by law.

Conditions for Limited Warranty to Repair Services


One Month warrenty will be provided for any repair service done by us.

This limited warranty applies to domestic use only and covers defects in material and workmanship.

Conditions for Limited Warranty to Restoration Services


Two Years warrenty will be provided for any renew service done by us with approved conditions.

Three Years warrenty will be provided for any half leather sofa renew service done by us with approved conditions.

Five Years warrenty will be provided for any full leather sofa renew service done by us with approved conditions.

This limited warranty applies to domestic use only and covers defects in material and workmanship in the following components:

• Seat and back cushions
