We try our best to deliver items to our customers quickly with minimal shipping rates. Currently shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin, and destination. We also offer FREE SHIPPING for some specific items. Your shipping fee (if any) will be clearly informed during your order.

When will I receive my order?
After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will inform and update you as soon as possible. After successful verification, the estimation process is within 14 working days but depend actual time frame might need to contact with our Customer Services Team. Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.
How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?
Our courier team will arrange date and time with you for delivery before they send out your order.
Can I pick up my order at Mr Sofa’s office?
You are welcomed to collect your order. For self-collection, you are required to contact our Customer Services Team to arrange self-pickup before you go to our office.
